REGULATIONS

  • Using the Strefa Pilates studio is only possible after familiarizing yourself with the Terms and Conditions and providing a clear signature.

  • Before starting the first session, the client fills out a Client Form and declares that there are no medical contraindications for exercising. The client uses the studio's services at their own risk and cannot make claims for personal injury or loss of health.

  • The client agrees to the processing of personal data for contact purposes. The health information provided in the Client Form is used solely to select appropriate classes and exercises. Access to the data is limited to the instructor conducting the sessions and the studio owner.

  • The instructor must be informed about pregnancy (and provide a medical certificate confirming there are no contraindications for exercise), any discomfort, injuries, accidents, or other health issues before starting the session.

  • The client may use the studio only in the presence of and according to the instructor's guidelines, and only after presenting a valid pass or paying for a single entry.

  • The pass is proof of payment. The prices for passes and single entries are listed in the Pricing section on the studio's website. Prices do not include insurance. The pass is personal and third parties cannot use the studio's services.

  • The duration of each pass is specified in the Pricing section, starting from the date of the first session. It is possible to extend the pass in case of unforeseen circumstances for a maximum of 14 days, after prior notification and obtaining the instructor's approval.

  • Free cancellation of participation in the session is possible up to 24 hours before the start. In case of unforeseen circumstances, the session can be rescheduled to another date with the instructor's approval. Otherwise, absence from the session is considered as a completed training. The studio does not refund money for unused entries on the pass.

  • The studio may cancel or suspend sessions due to unforeseen or technical reasons, after prior notification to the client.

  • Only adults are allowed to use the studio's services. In the case of minors, written consent or the presence of a legal guardian is required.

  • The client is financially responsible for any damage to the studio's property caused by their actions or negligence.

  • Punctuality in attending sessions is essential. The instructor has the right to refuse participation to a client who is more than 20 minutes late, due to safety and health concerns. In this case, the session will be considered as completed.

  • Personal belongings should be stored in a closed locker in the changing room. The key should be taken to the studio and placed in the door after emptying the locker. A fee of 20 PLN will be charged for a lost key. The studio is not responsible for items left on its premises.

  • Sportswear and socks are required during the sessions. Outerwear and footwear should be left in the changing room. The client is obligated to maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness standards.

  • After the session, you must disinfect the machines and equipment you used and return them to their designated place.

  • Mutual respect and personal culture are required in the studio. Offensive and loud behavior towards the instructor, other session participants, or studio clients is prohibited.

  • The studio prohibits bringing in or being under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances.

  • The client has the right to submit a complaint in writing or electronically to the studio's email address provided on the website, or in person. The studio has 30 working days to address the complaint.

  • Matters not covered in the Terms and Conditions are governed by the Civil Code.
